Every envelope will be personally placed in the postbox on the 1st of April. Depending on where you are in India, please allow 2 to 10 days for the postman to reach your door. “In the spirit of slowing down, these letters don't come with digital tracking numbers.

A Note on the Wait: Once the letters are in the care of the postal service, their pace is out of our hands. While we wish we could guide them personally to your doorstep, the timing becomes part of the ritual. We appreciate your patience as you wait for your mail to "land." If your letter hasn't arrived after 14 days, please reach out to us, and we will look into it for you.

Each edit is hand-crafted creation tailored specifically for our subscribers, we are unable to offer refunds once a booking is placed. We pour a great deal of care into every envelope to ensure it is worth your wait.

But we will receive any query and take it into account in case they havent received the post even after 15days. We will be resending the post if for a valid reason it has failed to deliver or is damaged during transit.
