By subscribing to Oct, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully before starting your journey with us.

1. The Subscription

Oct is a subscription service. Each monthly dispatch includes one crafted letter, one postcard, and two rotating curiosities. The items are curated by us and change monthly; specific items cannot be requested.

2. Shipping & Delivery

Address Accuracy: You are responsible for providing a correct and complete shipping address. We are not responsible for items delivered to an incorrect address provided at checkout.
The Postman’s Role: Once an envelope is handed to the postal service, delivery times are out of our control.
Lost Mail: In the rare event that an envelope does not arrive within [14] days of the shipping date, please contact us so we can find a solution.

3. Payments & 6-Month Commitment

By signing up for the 6-month subscription, you acknowledge that you will be billed according to the plan selected.
Discount Coupons: Personal discount codes are for individual use and are non-transferable.

4. Cancellations & Refunds

Because each envelope and curiosity is curated and prepared in advance, we generally do not offer refunds once a month’s dispatch has been prepared or shipped.
To cancel your subscription and stop future dispatches, please contact us.

5. Intellectual Property

All letters, musings, and custom-designed postcards/bookmarks are the intellectual property of The Postbox Edit. These are for your personal enjoyment and may not be reproduced, resold, or used for commercial purposes without our written consent.

6. Limitation of Liability

The Postbox Edit is provided "as is." While we strive for perfection in every envelope, we are not liable for any minor variations in handmade items or curiosities.

7. Changes to Service

We reserve the right to modify the contents of the "Edit" or update these terms. Any significant changes will be communicated to you via the email address provided.
