This is a private connection between the writer and the reader. The contents of the letter are intended for your personal experience and reflection. To keep the weight of these words special, reselling the items or posting the full text of the letters online is not permitted. We love seeing your "unboxing" moments, but we ask that you keep the soul of the letters off the screen and in your heart.

Every envelope will be sent on 8th of the month. Depending on where you are in India, please allow 2 to 10 days for the order to reach your door.

We appreciate your patience as you wait for your mail to "land." If your letter hasn't arrived after 14 days, please reach out to us, and we will look into it for you.

Each edit is hand-crafted creation tailored specifically for our subscribers, we are unable to offer refunds once a booking is placed. We pour a great deal of care into every envelope to ensure it is worth your wait.

But we will receive any query and take it into account in case they havent received the post even after 15days. We will be resending the post if for a valid reason it has failed to deliver or is damaged during transit.
