Each edit is hand-crafted creation tailored specifically for our subscribers, we are unable to offer refunds once a booking is placed. We pour a great deal of care into every envelope to ensure it is worth your wait.
But we will receive any query and take it into account in case they havent received the post even after 15days. We will be resending the post if for a valid reason it has failed to deliver or is damaged during transit.

Shipping Info
Every envelope will be sent on 8th of the month. Depending on where you are in India, please allow 2 to 10 days for the order to reach your door.
